Who we are

This website, www.crgbd.com, is run by CRG Attire, an apparel manufacturer and exporter based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (“CRG”, “we”, “us”). For anything about this policy or your data, write to info@crgbd.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. The details you type into the Get a Quote or Contact form, such as your name, email, company and message, and any file you attach.

When you browse. To understand how the site is used, we record:

• which pages you open, and how long they are open and in view
• how far down each page you scroll
• which links, buttons, products, services and FAQ answers you click or view
• searches and filters used in the Products Library
• whether a form was opened, started or sent
• the website or campaign link that brought you here
• your approximate location (country and city), estimated from your IP address

To tell one visit from another without cookies, we combine your IP address and browser details with a secret key and keep only the resulting one-way code. We do not store your IP address itself, and the code cannot be turned back into it.

Cookies

We do not use cookies or any other storage on your device to track you, and we use no advertising or third-party analytics tools. The only cookie on this site is the sign-in cookie of our private staff area.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, as a step towards a possible contract with you or your company.
• To see how the site is used and improve it, which is our legitimate interest in running a useful website.
• To keep the site and its forms secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

How long we keep it

• Browsing records are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Simple daily page-view counts, which hold only a code that changes every day, are kept for long-term trends.
• Enquiries and their files are kept as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows, then deleted.

Who processes it for us

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., and our database and file storage are provided by Supabase Inc. Enquiries may also pass through a service that delivers them to our team's inbox. These providers handle data only on our instructions, and may process it outside Bangladesh, including in the European Union and the United States, under their own safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@crgbd.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live. Browsing records are not linked to your name, so we may be unable to find them for you, but they are deleted within 30 days in any case.

Security

Data travels encrypted, access to it is limited to our staff through a signed-in admin area, and uploaded files are never publicly reachable.

Children

This is a business website for fashion brands and is not meant for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
